5.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 7 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

The Residency reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you at its own expense.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify The Residency of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. The Residency cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account.
You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information. If you voluntarily disclose information, e.g. a telephone number or an email address, in the Community, that information may be collected and used by third parties to send you unsolicited messages or advertisements or for other purposes. The Residency does not control the actions of such third parties and is not liable for those actions. If you disclose personal information in the Community, you do so at your own risk.
The Residency reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of the Community at any time in its discretion. The Residency shall not be liable to you or any third party should The Residency exercise its right to modify or discontinue any part of the Community.
If any of the provisions of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Returned items or canceled orders are refunded as store credit to theresidency.io in the form of a The Residency E-Gift Card. Items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached, and with the original invoice.
